As standard, the AXA insurance package offers comprehensive cover against buildings damage, including destruction caused by fire and the cost of replacing locks and keys in the case of theft.

You will also want assurance that any loss of rent receivable incurred by such damage is covered: therefore, AXA’s basic policy comprises full rental cover of up to 36 months, with the option to extend cover over a longer period.

AXA also offers a full liability policy as standard, including public liability up to £2m and compensation for required court attendance of up to £100 per person per day.
